At Luminous Fragrances, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each fragrance is crafted with care, precision, and passion. However, if your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for the following cases:
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your product arrived damaged or defective
- You received an incomplete order
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or confirmation email)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original product is returned and verified.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luminousfragrances.in with:
- Clear images of the product and packaging
- Order number and delivery details
Our team will resolve the issue promptly — either by sending a replacement or initiating a refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or partially used perfume bottles
- Gift cards or discount vouchers
- Personalized or combo-deal boxes (unless damaged or incorrect)
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
- Recheck your bank or payment account.
- Contact your payment provider (processing time may vary).
- If you still haven’t received it, email us at support@luminousfragrances.in — we’ll assist immediately.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
